well, it was ALGORE that invented it.. :) LOL

'Internet'-- As I understand it, officially it was 1969- Arpanet - There are several theories, one is that it was developed as a communication between missile launching sites and other government locations.. The theory is that the communication base has no beginning or ending, it is a web.. so in nuclear attack, communication lines will continue even though some areas would be bombed out.

Then I understand that it became the communication between colleges and then law enforcement.. Now we have it and messed it all up..

I don't know how much of this is true, I am going from memory and I know there may be errors, research it..
