    A product called "FLITZ". Comes in a tube, has slight abrasive in it. Apply in swirling motion or with  a buffer.

    I love that stuff i have a quart container of it, the best metal polish in the world as far as i am concerned.

    I agree, the shit kicks ass.

    If you get the light rubbing compound, 'dupont white polishing compound' wet a cloth and rub briskly. This will bring it back to clear.. Some people use toothpaste but I think that is too docile for the job..  I have done this job a few times..

    windex. If that doesn't work order new ones.

    Never wipe plastic(composite) headlights with paper towels or newsprint.Paper is very abrasive.Use a soft,clean cloth.

    There is a kit made specifically for this cost about $15 at automotive parts store
