    I eat the whole thing, skin and all... Are they as healthy as other fruits?

        I like to peel them and put an ice cream stick in it and freeze it.. very yummy frozen Kiwis..

          Ooooo, I can't hardly eat ice cream for my bad teeth. But good for you eating such healthy fruit!

              Kiwi fruit are rich in many Vitamins, and minerals, they contain a high amount of Vitamin C ( more than oranges ), as much potassium as Bananas.

                    I had a guy tell me once that eating kiwi w/o the skin what like eating a peeled grape. I have since learned to eat them like apples. Today I sliced my kiwi and ate the whole slice. The skin isn't bad...
