It is an error code that pops up here occasionally. I think it may be a system time out that is like a screen saver and jumps out there when whatever - event times out and dumps everyone on line at the time. I noticed it usually happens about the same time in the afternoon. It could also be some sort of prioritizer that kicks in when the number of callers exceed a limit or a system back-up hic-up that just goes off when a magical threshold is met. Colleen knows more about it than I do, thankfully someone does. I think we just have to put up with it until the bug is worked out.

404 means I've been around deleting little kid crap like "what's a pennis?" << just how it was spelled and "how do u have sex?", stuff like that ;)
