No grapes, no onions

Hi Wildcard I am so pleased  that everyone has said NO Chocolate as this can kill a dog (its Toxic) and agood point Ann said no onions and grapes good food like rice and chicken NO BONES (CHICKEN) there recipies that you can make youir own dog food and thier biscuits

I know chocolate made for human consumption should not be given to dogs.  (on a lighter note humans should also be avoided!)

Chocolate, eat it yourself... Also, they shouldn't eat your dinner if you are not done with it......

Chocolate can be toxic to dogs.

May I offer a suggestion of something a dog CAN eat that will surprise many of you.

RAW CHICKEN.  My brother-in-law feeds his two dogs raw chicken thighs every morning.  The bones are not brittle, but soft, and the dogs get some benefits from this (you'd have to ask him; he read the book).

At first I thought this was crazy, but it makes perfectly good sense.  When an animal captures another animal and eats it,there's no barbecue first. The catch is eaten RAW.   It's the COOKING that makes the bones dry and brittle.   Humans are the only ones I know of who COOK the prey they capture. 

Sorbital will KILL your dog after it's kidneys fail.It is an artificial sweetner found in human toothpaste,mouthwash,and sugar free gum.
