      No lease means she has no rights. Toss her butt out.

        you have no lease so send her an eviction notice in a way she has to sign for it throughn the postal service

          We rented a house once. I read this big book on Renter's rights and it scared the liver outta me.


          At that time it seemed like there was no way to get them out. We couldn't even look at our place because it was in a gated community with all sorts of walls covering the front and back.


          Maybe if there is a lease it will be easy. Check it.  As it turned out, our renters wanted to move out exactly when we wanted to move back in.
