Click the "Finder" option on the menu bar and click "New Finder Window."

Click the "Applications" entry in the list and scroll to the "Tool Bar" folder.

Click the folder and drag it onto the "Trash" icon.

Click "Finder" and choose "Empty Trash" from the drop-down menu. Click "Continue" in the prompt that appears to uninstall the tool bar from your Mac.
