    my blackkberryy is all whiped outt how do i make it go bck??

    i forgot my password so it whiped it all out so now when i try to go back to it.. it says jum error 513 and says reset and when i try t reset it.. same thing keep coming back?? helpp me:(

      Try contacting Blackbery via E-mail.
      Also: if you have kids, Blackberrys have a special security thing that wipes out all the memory upon getting the password wrong a number of times.If they tried to get in to the phone, that is probally the reason...
