    if you fail one subject at TAFE do you still get your certificate

    I am doing Certificate 2 in Retail and I think I may have failed one subject, if so will I still pass the course or not

      You had better contact your teacher ASAP.
      Depends if it's a core subject or elective, or what is known as an 'enrichment' unit.
      You must complete specific units to be awarded the qualification, miss one (or more), and you will recieve a transcript showing your results, but not the Certificate as you will be 'incomplete'
      You might be able to resubmit some work, or undertake other assessment tasks, if you are still currently enrolled, but if you leave it too late, you will have to re-enrol to complete the subject.
      OR, if you intend enrolling in the Certificate 3 in retail, you will be able to complete the Cert 2 subject along the way.
