Well if you are using firefox....all the way at the top you see..... File Edit View???? Click on view and toolbars will pop up...put your mouse over toolbars and it will list all the toolbars anything that is checked is on your computer....all you need to do is uncheck any toolbar you dont want..In internet explorer it is under tools on the right of your screen next to the home page icon!!!! If you only want certain items deleted then put your cursor over the item and RIGHT click then hit delete.... Good Luck!.
