      This morning I paid 4.09 a gallon for fuel! That is down from last week when I paid 4.29 a gallon! "They" say a couple refineries are off line! I live in S.W. Michigan,USA! ridiculous prices!

        You should try the UK, works out about $10 per gallon.

        Someone can give you an answer as an increase, while someone else could give you a number as a decrease in price...AND...BOTH COULD BE RIGHT!!!


        REASON:  Too may factors/variables, variable sampling sizes, geographical area, date of calculation, etc., etc....


        Truly frivolous question in my opinion.     :-(
