      What is your make and model of the phone ?. If it is a old model Nokia or Alcatel phone then you can use Master Reset Code . It will reset your phone, removing any security locks . You can get the free master reset code for Nokia DCT3 and DCT4 and for some Alcatel phones from Unlocking4Free.com .
