can torn back muscles be repaired.
i was doing some bench presses without warming up . ifelt a knifing pain under my shoulder blade .i can no longer workout without pain. if that was not bad enough every time i get a chill i get short of breathe . .as soon as i walk into a room thats warm my breathing returns to normal. .
