I'm a crafter & use different kinds of glue for different projects.

I've been using Araldite Epoxy resin....but with the 2 tubes lying flat in 90C temperatures, the 2 substances have "bubbled out" of the tubes! I managed to get it off my hands with nail polish remover....but how can I clean up the tubes, which are coated with the 2 components of the glue?

You need to remove the glue when its hot. Unfortunately often resin will stay in any machine. I use to use animal glues when I worked as a book binder you could try boiling hot water to soften it and wipe it off with a rag.. I wouldn't mix solvents incase it dries rock hard..
Everything depends on the base of the blue. Most blues will remove with not water these days.
