For me Samsung Galaxy S4 is the best GSM cell phone to use in Europe with a Sim card. But try to get locked phone and unlock it at low cost in order to save money. Because Unlocked phones are more expensive than a locked phones. Use unlock code to unlock your mobile. Get the code from the site Mobile-Unlocker.com ,and unlock it using unlocking instructions which is given in the sit itself. Then you can use any GSM network with your mobile without any problem.
