its was supposed to be a milllion man march in indiana but only 500 people showed up in race cars so they raced to the white house and all got speeding tickets . so they decided to race on a track instead, with hopes of getting approval from congress, well it worked to a very small degree, $500.00 dollars was aloted to fund the race putting many familys in detroit hungry. but its not as bad as it sounds now detroit now has free ESPN
