It would help to know if it's a relative. The doctor needs to be notified. if there is no doctor you need to notify the authorities which would be the police or sherriff and they would notify the coroner. And then the mortuary.
If you're really upset and feel that you can't handle the situation, call 911 and they will direct you. (I guess everybody has a 9-1-1 emergency number.)
If there's no doctor, the case will be turned over to the coroner or the medical examiner.
Most IMPORTANT: Call the authorities.
