    Still can't get g amil to copy email into documents. I crtl c, crtl v, ctrl p, I get it on there something, but the program doesn't responge. It locks up everythig. What am I doing wrong?

    The computer freezes up, not responding. I have to delete to get it to work again. I don't get it.
