According to Egypt, they have never left. This is why most of the Arab countries are against the Israelies. This is the way it works over there. You fight for what you have and you have to keep on fighting to keep it. The Arabs have been fighting one another for over a thousand years. Democracy is only really found in Israel. Iraq will have little chance after we pull out. Suni's and Sheites will continue to battle. A constant rebellion over there.
