Well if you are using firefox....all the way at the top you see..... File Edit View???? Click on view and tool bars will pop up...put your mouse over tool bars and it will list all the tool bars anything that is checked is on your computer....all you need to do is un check any toolbar you don't want.. Good Luck !!!
