ok my guess is the problem is in with the bobbin like the direction the thread is wound or the placement of the spool in the bobbin if u dont have manual for that machine look at any manual any similar make it dosent differ that much look on line after u get it to stitch then there is all the other ajustments u will need to make but good luck
