If you can't 'force' normal start and it continues to fall into safe mode, its trying its best to tell you something. I would first try 'restore' to a previous time when all was well. Type 'restore' on the start tab search field- click on restore and follow the directions --you will be in safe mode -- If that doesn't work, you will need to type [msconfig] in the same window and go to startup.. de-activate anything that you have recently downloaded. Try reboot-- If you go to safe again, do the same thing, keep inactivating from startup untill you get a boot to normal.
