my e-mail adress is not letting me do what i want todo i can not get any e-mail it said that it is incerect it will not let me uply for anything how do i redo my e-mail

Your email may have been down updates to,there program try going to,the server that has your email example if you have hotmail https://www.hotmail.com and put your email into the sign in. Then if you don know your password click forgot password and use the security questions you used to access your account again
