    Landlord rights under weekly rental contract.

    We own a house with a guest house on the property. We have recently rented this guesthouse out on a "week to week tenancy" due to the economy. We would like to know what our eviction rights are and how we can enforce this contract. Thank you.

        Week to week .... at the end of the pay period. That is assuming a week to week is legal in your state. If it is not you are required thirty days.

          it will vary from state to state IN my state it goes like this if you rent be it daily weekly bi weekly or monthly it is designated a rental period thus if you want them to move you must give one rental periods notice and they are required to do the same as tennants
