The R/T is a 340 hp engine, i don't know about the Malibu, you say 252 hp? that's an odd number. is this Malibu a 6 cylinder? I think it has an LS1 engine, it would be a great run to see. If its an LS1 of course, if it isn't, the Charger will smoke the malibu. I have an R/T but its a magnum and I will tell you that the HEMI engine isn't to be underestimated.. R/t is a 5.7 engine and the SRT is a 6.1 - It is pulling 425 hp.. Don't mess with it.
