    Get financing with bad credit?

    I am looking for a company or someone that would give me a mortgage. I will have a very large down payment, more the half the price of the house. I have a bad credit score. if anyone knows where or who I can apply with please contact me.

      I would start with calling a HUD counselor and that would be my starting point.
