      Right click on a blank area on the icon page. In the box that appears, click on view. Choose a new size for the icons.


      Or


      Go to your start button, click "control panel", click "Appearance and Personalization", see "Display", under that click "Make text and other items larger or smaller", choose your new size text and click "save".
