This is akaQA. I have no idea what you're talking about unless you share some information with me. We are not the site or the app you've been dealing with. I am a volunteer sitting in my house NOT getting paid to deal with your kind of attitude because YOU do not understand what YOU are doing. I CAN NOT SEE YOUR COMPUTER!

DO NOT SAY YOU TOLD ME NOTHING. 

 If you tell me to NOT say I told you NOTHING, then it follows logically and grammatically that you WANT me to say I told you SOMETHING.

When I read Colleen's comment, it appears that she is doing exactly what you asked of her.
