        Yes...but I didn't do anything wrong! In an alleged criminal matter in the 50 U.S. states, "you" would become the defendant, and "The People of the State of ____" becomes the plaintiff.  "You" have the right to a trial, and can be found guilty or not guilty or the case can be dismissed.
