    Hopefully you tried a hard reboot to reset it.

      My TomTom died also and after checking the repair costs it was cheaper to buy a new one. This seems to be the case with most appliances these days -  replace, don't repair.

        Check the contacts in the power source ... Mine fell apart at the end that plugs into the cigarette


        lighter port in my truck --- I gathered up the parts and reassembled it without any tools.. I think


        it came apart because it was moved so many times.
