Henderson/Summerlin rv and truck restricted communities with low HOA?
Thinking of moving to this area, but don't play golf or tennis. Will always have a dog and don't want a senior community, but want one with at least 1/4 acre of land with house, as we live on 5 1/2 acres now. Don't want to see, or hear people people hanging laundry, working on boats/ trucks, rv's, motorcycles, etc.
Any suggestions for developments with homes in the $300-$500k range with these specifications.
