Go find a place where you can dig a hole and do that for 6-8 Hr then go home and go to bed next morning fill in the hole and dig it out again, after 3-4 days I'll bet you can sleep with no drugs and you will build strength and lose weight at the same time. Good luck
PS -Get some good gloves, your hands will be sore.
