    called dr. but was told if its just a cough theres no reason to bring her in its not all the time but ita a barky sounding when she does cough. no fever or anything just the cough now and then

      could be whooping cough. Could be bronchitis.Could be croup  Could be mild pneumonia. The chlid needs anti biotics. Take her to a different doctor
