      An excellent conductor of electricity.A very good conductor of light(it does distort it though).

        Yes but the question did not state pure water.I am not positive,but I believe pure water does not exist naturally.

        Snow and rain is distilled, the ph is 5.5…the same as distilled bottled water.

          no water is H2O, not an electrical conductor. Mix a pinch of salt or a little vinegar and it will conduct electricity quite well. Tap water that has been “softened” is very conductive electrically. The rock salt the water is flushed through may make the laundry come out better however.
