ipod trouble please help
i have an apple 30gb ipod and i disconnected it from my laptop when i wasnt suspose to now when i plug it into mt laptop to put music on it , it does not detect it. ive even tryed on other computers with no such luck. does any one know what to do to fix it. or do i now have an expencive peice of junk....

Please contact Apple at (800) 692-7753. That is a main number, and you will be directed to the appropriate person. I have found Apple to be very good at solving my issues.
I'm sorry you are experiencing this; so frustrating. But I bet calling and getting some input will give you a solution.
