How I can get rid of black mold in the basement for good?

I tried Clorox but I think Clorox just makes it whiter and not to go away for good.

Try chlorine. Or pool shock at 15% chlorine, also remember to keep the basement dry, that is how it comes back. The wetness is what makes it grow. Moist areas. Take care of that. Don't breathe that stuff either. Well ventilate it. Get a mask for chlorine. Hate to say it will cost u 30 bucks or so.
