    My laptops wifi file is asking me to setup a network, how do I do this? Please help me pickup internet!

    I reformated my toshiba laptop and the wireless network connection icon was gone! But the on and off switch still lights up!     If I don't get this fixed for my woman she's gonna make me share my laptop with her, so I would appreciate a answer on this ASAP! PLEASE!

      You do not have to set up a network if you do not want one. Hopefully you took the chance and went forward on your own as the instructions that come with the set up are very easy to follow.

        Type in {start}  search-- networks


        Then manage networks


        Then look for your wireless name


        clisc and enter password.


        This is assuming you have vista/windows 7


        (hopefully you know your wireless routhers name and the password you gave it.
