      No. Not unless the tenant refuses to leave. Just serve an eviction notice. Tack it on the door.

        Land lord can take them to court and have them thrown out legally "or else..." And the court would make them pay the cost and you your money...

            landlord needs help

            lease is expired and tenant owes few months rent can a landlord throw them out in NJ

            depends on the crime i had to go through a food court to get to brookstones..

              It's a bitch when they won't par the rent.They're taking you down the chute & they don't care.


              I don't know what new jersey laws are but I would be making some threats if I were you.

                I knew of someone who waited for the tenants to go out & changed the locks.
