    Yep, these folks are correct.  P.M.  Don't you say 12:30 P.M. when you are referring to noon:30?


     

    Neither.  Noon and Midnight are neither p.m. or a.m.  It's too ambiguous.


    You have 11:59 p.m. but 1 minute later, it's midnight.


    or 11:59 a.m., and 1 minute later, it's noon.

    12 in the morning would obviously mean 12 midnight, right?
