    witch vegitables are iron rich

    Green, leavy Vegetables red beets, lentils, lima beans.

    Cabbage- spinage-(though spinage does rob your iron) but mainly dark leafy curly cale

    Soy beans, spinach, broccoli and bok Choy.

    It's not a veggie, but LIVER.

    Red Beans

    one pound of parsley has more iron in it then a pound of live (as if you could eat that much...)
