here does this help
Peak: the minutes that come off your monthly allowance (really the only number that matters)
OffPeak: Night/weekend usage, completely free and doesn't have an effect on your minute allowance
INpeak: Verizon to Verizon, Verizon to Alltel, or calling your Friends and Family if you have signed up for that. Again, completely free and uses non of your monthly allowance
