    O'Douls does indeed contain a very small amount of alcohol, therefore it should be avoided.

    O'Duls contain alcohol, no way around it. If diagnosed as an alcoholic don't drink it or cooking vanilla either............

    but if he is a recovering addict, he does want to avoid the low alcohol drinks, they could lead to a relapse.
