    In texas, can a residnital home owner sell back energy if he can generate more than his comsuption?

      You should call your local electric comp. and see what it takes to get hooked up. Many companies buy now but theres a price to get hooked up to the program, either pysical changes (switch so your power source doesn't get fried by them) or paper work that has to be entered.
