      She was not a harlot...an assumption has been made that she was due to her having had 5(?) husbands but who is to say she was not widowed 5 times? Oh yes that's right...Judaic laws. So I think a widow was not allowed to remarry...memory fails me...according to laws at that time so it is assumed she was a 'harlot' but if that means she was a prostitute then business was lousy!!
