      I'd like to go back to 2008 and cancel all the history upto 2013 and the future  upto 2015.  Then start over again

        Hi, if you mean the search history of Google, then this guide will sure help you. If you are talking about history of visited websites in browsers, then you should specify what kind of browser you are using. And in the future you can browse in private mode, in this way your search history wouldn't be tracked.
