A brand name cleaner I use is The Works!  It gets rid of hard water stains. I alternate that with a Lysol with bleach cleaner for a fresh smell!  The orange crush sounds interesting though Wonder why that works??

As strange as this sounds, try scrubbing it with 'orange crush'...just load up the bowl with a couple three litres of 'pop' and scrub away, then flush...good luck!
