Will a certain amount of voltage be lost when traveling through a wire conductor that angles.

Such as electrical transmission lines where it is necessary to angle or turn in (and therefore create an angle) direction.

Electricity does meet resistance causing some loss in voltage. This is why it is never a good idea to have sharp angles in wiring as the resistance can overheat wire causing a fire and or a short. The only way to accurately measure this is by using a volt meter on an angled and stright wire and compare the difference.

You can bend the wire and see the current flow change.
