I take them down & hose them off with a pressure washer on the driveway.Leave them in the sun for an hour or so to dry.

On the smaller windows ?  I put the blinds in my bath tub and cleaned them ; and laid them on my deck to dry .

the fabric type can be spot washed if they need to but vacuum them otherwise.
