    Should we try to answer a question from someone who might be psychotic?

    I guess the safe way would be to say 'go to the doctor'

      Shouldn't be a problem......answering them with helpful advice just might ease their situation.I told someone to check with the Doctor and i got abused for telling them that,you just never know what we are up against.

        I saw that. with a person with that kind of mental illness you really never know.

        Depends on what we say try not to upset them be calm talk in a none hurtful manner .You right about see a Doctor saying he knows more than you do .hoping that helps.
