Hi, first of all you need to make sure that the basic game requirements correspond your computer power. If you have a very simple netbook or something and you are trying to load an advanced game, you will most likely fail. If your computer is powerful enough, you can try to speed it up as it is a great option for you too. If none of the above work than either change a game or a computer.
